Great food and comfortable bed. the view was breathtaking! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free shuttle service was a definite bonus.
The outdated room was disappointing. the temperature control was inadequate and made it difficult to regulate.

Incredible views
I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered my room at Yumihari No Oka. The panoramic views of Sasebo and the surrounding islands were absolutely breathtaking. It was like stepping into a postcard. I could see why people keep coming back to this hotel. The sight alone was worth the trip up the narrow and winding road to the top of Mount Yumihari.
Although the hotel was a bit dated and the bathroom was small, the dining experience made up for it. I had a delicious tempura and sashimi dinner at the hotel's Japanese restaurant.

Amazing panoramic views of the scenic surroundings. A great place to escape for a romantic honeymoon. The large and comfortable rooms provided a cozy stay. The hotel staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt in delivering service. Conveniently, the hotel has its own restaurant with delectable cuisine and drinks that should not be missed.
The hotel is situated a little away from the town, making it a problem to get basic necessities or shop around. Fortunately, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearest station.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services. The view from this place was simply breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the stunning ocean view during the day, the mesmerizing sunset, and the beautiful city lights at night. We loved the little balcony that provided a perfect spot for taking photos and enjoying the surroundings. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the room was incredibly quiet throughout the night. The onsen was a delightful experience, especially with the added bonus of it being empty on weekday evenings. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent. we were impressed with the incredible view, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the spaciousness of our room.
This place is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
